Ordering and Payments
When placing orders online, all payments are processed instantly and securely via PayPal. At no time do we see or record your credit/debit card details. No orders will be dispatched until confirmation of payment has been received by PayPal. If there is a problem with processing your payment, you will be notified by PayPal. If you wish to place a customised order via our Enquiry Form, we will notify you of stock availability within 48hrs and payments can be taken via Credit/debit card or via Cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and delivered via Royal Mail Standard Parcels delivery service (see pricing table below). Amazon Aromatics cannot accept responsibility for any delays once the goods have been dispatched. We currently only deliver within the UK.

Returns/Exchange Policy
If you need to return any goods to Amazon aromatics, please in the first instance contact us within 48hrs of receiving your goods, quoting your invoice number, and reason for return. Unsuitable goods must be returned within 14 days and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase and invoice number. Please ensure goods are suitably packed and parceled. We also recommend using a signed-for, insured delivery service for your own peace of mind. The customer is responsible for return postage charges for unsuitable goods. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of returned goods. If you simply wish to exchange your order, please state your preferred replacement goods with the returned order and we will despatch them as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: an additional delivery charge may be incurred for replacement orders.
Faulty goods should be returned within 30 days using the same procedure as above. In the case of faulty goods supplied by Amazon aromatics, a full refund, including return postage will be processed as soon as possible after returned goods have been received and no later than 30 days.
Cancellations
If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order with Amazon Aromatics, please do so within 48hrs by contacting us via email at: info@amazonaromatics.co.uk quoting your Invoice number and reason for cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have already received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel. You would need to return your order using the procedure detailed above.
